The Center for Women and Children is dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing environment for families in need. We're working on a new initiative to create a Quiet Corner for the children who come to the center with their moms-a peaceful space where they can relax, read, and feel secure during a challenging time in their lives.
To bring this vision to life, we need your support! We're seeking donations to help us furnish this corner with cozy seating, soft lighting, and calming décor. In addition to creating this serene space, we also want to provide the children with creative outlets to express themselves. That's why we're also requesting arts and crafts supplies-anything from coloring books and crayons to paints, paper, and crafting materials.
How You Can Help:
- Donate Items: We're in need of new or gently used bean bags, small shelves, soft toys, and child-friendly decorations.
- Arts and Crafts Supplies: Bring out the little artist in each child by donating supplies like crayons, markers, construction paper, glue, scissors, and other craft materials.
Every little bit helps, and your support will make a meaningful difference in the lives of the children and families we serve.
To Donate: Please drop off donations at 1875 S Redwood Rd, SLC UT 84104 or contact us directly at 801-440-1451 to arrange a drop off time.
Thank you for helping us create a comforting space for these children to feel safe and loved. Together, we can make a big impact!
