The Green Cause is an environmental educational nonprofit that creates content for youth by youth! We mainly create environmental lessons & supplemental resources for elementary-middle school classes. Aside from our educational aspect, we also focus on environmental volunteering services and creating informative social media content. In the past three years, we have grown in size of our membership (over 400 members), and have participated in events like NYC’s Earth Day, and collaborated with many schools & environmental organizations. Now with an ever expanding team and more upcoming opportunities, we have decided it is time to restructure our organization to allow members to get more involved in creating and promoting said opportunities. The Green Cause is excited to launch our Chapters Program!
YOU can create a chapter for your schools, cities, and communities. Both high school and college students are welcome to make their chapters. If interested, check out our post for more information.
