It's almost Fall and time for the Harvest Festival at our Agricultural History Farm Park!

Volunteer Captains will be trained a couple of weeks before, to help us on the big day with special activities related to farm life in the past (candle dipping, historic games, clothes washing, etc.). Other volunteers will be assigned to each station to assist.

Duties:
- Set up or take down activity station
- Learn and show others activities related to farm life.
- Manage other volunteers assisting with activity

Requirements:
- Attend training
-Must be 17 or older
- Enjoy teaching others about history
- Friendly and outgoing

The Harvest Festival is rain or shine. Schedule is 9am-4:30pm.

Mandatory Trainings will be Sept. 21st or the 28th, 10am-12pm.

(If you cannot make training, please sign up anyway and we will try to accomodate your schedule)

We have grown into a 34,000 acre park system with over 400 local, urban and regional parks; recreation centers; ballfields; playgrounds; nature centers, a botanic garden and over 200 miles of trails.
