BluShues Inc. is a non-profit organization, and ministry, dedicated to distributing free Bibles
and fostering a relationship with Jesus Christ. Our mission is to make the Word of God
accessible to everyone, both locally and internationally. We believe in the transformative
power of Volunteers who share our passion for spreading the message of hope and faith.

Responsibilities

* Develop and execute outreach campaigns to distribute Bibles and promote small group
Bible studies
* Forge partnerships with local churches, ministries, and community organizations to
expand our reach
* Organize and lead Bible-based events, workshops, and activities for diverse audiences
* Manage the organization's social media platforms and digital content to engage
supporters and attract new followers
* Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to create print and digital
materials that effectively communicate our mission
* Track and report on the performance of outreach initiatives, identifying opportunities for
growth and improvement
* Maintain detailed records of outreach activities, contacts, and outcomes

Qualification and Competencies:

* Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, ministry, or a related field
2-3 years of experience in outreach, evangelism, or community engagement
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact
with people from various backgrounds
* Demonstrated success in event planning and project management
* Proficient in using social media, content management systems, and digital marketing
tools
* Passion for the Christian faith and a deep commitment to the organization's mission
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
