BluShues Inc. is a non-profit organization, and ministry, dedicated to distributing free
Bibles and fostering a relationship with Jesus Christ. Our mission is to make the Word of
God accessible to everyone, both locally and internationally. We believe in the
transformative power of Volunteers who share our passion for spreading the message of
hope and faith.

Responsibilities:
* Developing Bible-based course content
* Meeting with project teams to develop courses
* Assisting with the development of PowerPoint presentations, handouts, workbooks, etc.
* Collaborate with program managers and other staff members to ensure smooth
implementation of Bible study programs.
* Create courses that are biblically sound, culturally sensitive, and promote spiritual growth.
* Ensure the curriculum adheres to any specific theological framework or doctrinal guidelines of
the organization.
* Write clear, concise, and easy-to-understand Bible study materials.
* Research and recommend new materials and resources that would benefit the program.

* Patience and understanding when working with volunteers of varying skill sets.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect for diverse beliefs

Qualifications and Competencies:
* Strong knowledge of the Bible and a passion for sharing faith.
* Excellent writing and communication skills.
* Experience in curriculum development and educational program design.

* Familiarity with various learning styles and teaching methodologies.
* Excellent research and critical thinking skills.
* Cultural sensitivity and understanding of diverse audiences.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
