Project Overview:
We are seeking a creative 3D Artist with a passion for creature modeling and animation. In this role, you’ll bring adorable characters and dynamic animations to life using Blender, translating concept art into polished 3D assets for extended reality and game design. Join our team to help shape unique visual experiences across multiple projects.
Responsibilities:
- Asset Creation: Develop detailed 3D assets using modeling, sculpting, and texturing in Blender, with a focus on charming, stylized characters (think Pokémon-like appeal).
- Concept Translation: Convert character and environment concept art into efficient, game-ready 3D models that meet engine specifications.
- Collaboration: Work with team members, including engineers and technical artists, to ensure assets and animations are optimized for Unity implementation.
- Artistic Direction: Contribute to defining the style and feel of character animations, adapting to various artistic styles across projects.
- Iteration & Innovation: Embrace feedback and iterate on designs to achieve the best creative outcomes, while experimenting with new tools and techniques.
- Mentorship: Guide junior designers to help them grow as 3D artists.
Ideal Candidate:
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous 3D art, creature modeling, and animation work.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with Blender for character modeling and animation.
- Demonstrated creativity, attention to detail, and resourcefulness with a good eye for stylized designs.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills with a willingness to accept and integrate constructive feedback.
Nice-to-Have:
- Training in game art and animation.
- Passion for video games, mobile games, and social impact games.
- Experience working with Unity 3D.
- Familiarity with art pipelines and best practices in mobile game development.

Rebecca Everlene Trust Company was incorporated in 2012 and is a tribute to the owner’s grandmothers; Rebecca Spaulding and Everlene Chambers.
The company has retained its original focus of providing educational opportunities for students and has since expanded its services to include community service options for individuals alongside a host of other community support programs.
