Support runners as they immerse themselves in rural Iowa landscapes in our one-of-a-kind off-road race. Volunteers will help with packet pick-up, course support, and start/finish line assistance.

Volunteers under 16 must sign up with an adult.

    At Fleet Feet in Des Moines. Help at the packet pickup station inside Fleet Feet Des Moines store.

    Distribute runner packets, bibs, and shirts to registered runners.
