Position: CRM Management Volunteer
Location: Virtual
Commitment: Flexible hours, 5-10 hours per week

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented CRM Management Volunteer to help manage and optimize our Virtuous CRM system. This role is crucial in ensuring our contact database is organized, up-to-date, and functioning efficiently. By helping us manage our CRM, you will directly impact our ability to support military members and their pets more effectively.

• Organize and maintain contact records in the Virtuous CRM system.
• Merge duplicate contacts and ensure data consistency.
• Track and manage contact lifecycles, including donor and volunteer interactions.
• Ensure the accuracy of contact information and update records as needed.
• Assist in generating reports and analyzing CRM data to support organizational goals.
• Collaborate with the development and fundraising teams to optimize CRM usage.

• Passion for supporting military service members and their pets.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Virtuous CRM.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in managing data.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with other volunteers.
