STEM Canada is a registered not-for-profit global program that specializes in
an advanced, bar-none STEM-based educational curriculum that emphasizes
the interconnected subject areas of science, technology, engineering, and
math (STEM). The STEM program is open to all students from preschool to
high school with the mission to deliver top-notch STEM literacy and
application, designed to teach students in the STEM fields, yielding globally
competitive results.

We invite you to showcase your skills and make an impact by volunteering
for 4 months on our exciting new STEM Canada YouTube channel project. As a
valued member of our team, you’ll collaborate with talented professionals,
contribute to innovative content, and build a portfolio that stands out in the

Time commitment - 6 hours/week
Description: As a Channel Analytics Manager for STEM Canada, you'll be
responsible for tracking and analyzing performance metrics for our YouTube
channel. Your role involves providing insights and recommendations based
on data to improve content quality and adjust our digital strategy. This role is
perfect for individuals interested in data-driven decision-making and digital
media. Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics for the YouTube channel,
including views, engagement, and subscriber growth.
Provide detailed reports and insights based on data to assess channel
performance and identify trends.
Offer actionable recommendations for content improvement based on
performance data and audience feedback.
Suggest adjustments to content and digital strategies to enhance
channel performance and achieve growth objectives.
Requirements:
Strong ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
Familiarity with YouTube analytics tools and metrics.
Clear and effective communication skills to present findings and
recommendations.
High attention to detail to ensure accurate data analysis and reporting.
