Are you ready to make a difference? Help us celebrate National Public Lands Day by volunteering at Jeff Busby Campground, Mile Post 193, from 9am - 2pm on September 28, 2024! Natchez Trace Parkway is looking for passionate volunteers to help us restore parts of this campground for a rewarding day of teamwork and nature conservation. Help us with litter pick-up, fire pit cleaning, and moving picnic tables to make a lasting impact on this beautiful campground.
Volunteers are required to attend a safety meeting before the event beginning at 9:30am. Make sure to bring water and wear close toed shoes. Long pants are recommended. The Parkway will provide appropriate PPE and tools needed for the job. Don't miss this chance to give back to our public lands!
