What does a Junior Recruiter do?
At Helping Hands, Junior Recruiters typically handle most of the recruiting process when it comes to our internship programs. This means screening and reviewing the best candidates for various internship programs. Our internship programs are extremely competitive, meaning you get Hands-On experience looking through many resumes and connecting with various candidates.
How do I know what to do?
Don't worry if you don't have any prior experience. We will provide you with all of the training that you will need for this position. This includes tips on what to look for in the ideal resume and more! You are also in direct communication with our Senior Recruiter(s), who share information about the ideal candidate for specific roles.
Time Commitment
This roles requires a time commitment of at least 2-4 hours a week, and this opportunity is fully remote.

We aim to help special needs centers in Gilbert, AZ. We are also looking into planting trees and helping teach technology to older generations, as well as volunteering in Chandler libraries. We aim to make positive impacts in the community we work in!
We connect volunteers to institutions supporting individuals with special needs right here in Gilbert, AZ. We also have volunteer opportunities in the library every season! Additionally, we also tutor online and have many other opportunities for volunteers to gain many volunteer hours within their own community! We accept all volunteers of ages 13+.
