Project Planner and Manager

The Project Manager will be one of the senior team members and will be involved in setting business and technical strategy

Client Vision to Actionable Plans: They convert client visions into actionable plans, maintaining

adherence throughout development.

Responsibilities: The Project Manager will oversee projects

from inception to completion, ensuring they stay on track, meet client needs,

and achieve organizational objectives.

He or she will define project scope, manage resources, promote team communication, and mitigate

risks.

He or she will manage schedules, budgets, and labour requirements.

Challenges: We work totally as a virtual organization, and all of our systems are cloud-based

Remote work can lead to communication gaps due to the lack of face-to-face interactions.

Keeping the team motivated remotely can be

challenging. The absence

of in-person interactions can lead to feelings of isolation and disengagement

among team members.
