About GlobalKind: GlobalKind Entrepreneurship Program is dedicated to empowering students with the skills, knowledge, and mindset needed to succeed in the world of entrepreneurship. Our program provides comprehensive training, hands-on experience, and mentorship to high school students, preparing them for future business ventures and leadership roles.

Position Overview: The Program Leader will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of the GlobalKind Entrepreneurship Program. This individual will be responsible for overseeing program activities, ensuring high-quality educational experiences, and supporting students in their entrepreneurial journey. The Program Leader will work closely with the Program Director, instructors, and mentors to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Program Management:

    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the program, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently.
    • Coordinate with instructors, mentors, and guest speakers to deliver program content.
    • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to improve outcomes.
  2. Student Support:

    • Provide guidance and support to students, helping them to develop their business ideas and projects.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
    • Address any student concerns or challenges promptly and effectively.
  3. Curriculum Implementation:

    • Ensure the program curriculum is delivered according to established standards and objectives.
    • Assist in the development and refinement of curriculum materials and resources.
    • Facilitate interactive and experiential learning activities that enhance student understanding of entrepreneurship concepts.
  4. Administrative Duties:

    • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessments.
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on program activities and outcomes.
    • Assist with program marketing and outreach efforts to attract and retain students.
  5. Collaboration and Communication:

    • Liaise with the Program Director to align program goals and strategies.
    • Build and maintain relationships with community partners, schools, and other stakeholders.
    • Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and students about program updates and events.
