P:HC is dedicated to providing new social entrepreneurs and leaders with meaningful portfolio projects that can be showcased to future employers. Our mission is to create impactful social enterprises while nurturing the next generation of business talent. Interns will gain hands-on experience and the opportunity to transition into a paid position after the internship.
Role Overview:
We are seeking passionate and driven Social Enterprise Business Coordinator Volunteer Interns who are eager to gain real-world experience in social entrepreneurship and business coordination. As part of our team, you will help coordinate various business aspects of our social enterprise projects, develop comprehensive business plans, and support the overall mission of P

Responsibilities:
Assist in the coordination and management of social enterprise projects.
Develop and implement business plans, strategies, and objectives.
Conduct market research and analyze data to support business decisions.
Support fundraising efforts, including grant writing and identifying funding opportunities.
Collaborate with team members to ensure project goals are met.
Maintain documentation and records of project progress.
Attend two weekly meetings: a 15-minute checkup and a 1-hour full team business meeting.
Requirements:
Technical Skills:
Understanding of business principles and practices.
Familiarity with market research and data analysis techniques.
Basic knowledge of fundraising and grant writing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.
Soft Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Education & Experience:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Social Entrepreneurship, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
Previous experience with business or social enterprise projects (personal, academic, or professional) is a plus.
Work Environment:
Reliable internet connection for remote collaboration.
Ability to commit to 10-20 hours of work per week.
Flexibility to attend two weekly meetings: a 15-minute checkup and a 1-hour full team business meeting.
