STEM Montessori Academy of Canada (SMAC-SIAC) is a registered not-for-
profit organization specializing in science, technology, engineering, and math. (STEM) programming is open to all students with the mission to deliver top-
notch STEM literacy and application. The SMAC will specialize in an advanced
bar-none. STEM-based educational curriculum that emphasizes the
interconnected subject areas of science, technology, engineering, and math
(STEM)
Do you want to be part of a dynamic international STEM Canada YouTube
production team? Are you passionate about creating compelling video
content and eager to gain hands-on experience in the world of digital media?
We invite you to showcase your skills and make an impact by volunteering for
4 months on our exciting new STEM Canada YouTube channel project. As a
valued member of our team, you’ll collaborate with talented professionals,
contribute to innovative content, and build a portfolio that stands out in the
industry. Join us and turn your creativity into captivating stories that will
reach audiences around the globe!
Responsibilities:
 Develop engaging and informative scripts for a variety of video formats
(e.g., educational videos, interviews, animations, vlogs).
 Conduct thorough research on STEM topics to ensure accuracy and
relevance.
 Collaborate with the channel management and production teams to
create effective scripts.
 Adhere to brand guidelines and channel style while maintaining a
captivating tone.
 Assist in storyboarding and script development for video production.
 Contribute to script revisions based on feedback and analytics.
Qualifications:
 Strong writing and storytelling abilities with a passion for STEM.
 Excellent research and information gathering skills.
 Ability to adapt writing style to different target audiences.
 Understanding of video production and storytelling techniques.
 Proficiency in scriptwriting software (preferred).
 Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
