Hairstylists & Barbers - Share your talents and skills by becoming a hospice volunteer!
We all know the saying, "when you look good, you feel good" and for those on hospice, getting a fresh haircut and style can be a tremendous boost to one's self-image and overall outlook. By giving them a sense of beauty and dignity, a volunteer hairstylist or barber can help patients feel more like themselves again.
Most hospice patients are unable to leave their homes, so getting a haircut for the first time in a long time can help them feel wonderful and pampered. At Lily Hospice, we care for our patients in the comfort of their own home. For some, home might be a private residence, while others might reside in an assisted living or nursing home/health center setting. Volunteer hairstylists and barbers are needed throughout Ozaukee County to help us meet this occasional specialized request.

Founded in 2022, Lily Home and Hospice is a family owned and operated health care agency dedicated to providing excellence in end of life care. Our team, comprised of over 50 years of combined hospice experience, includes our medical director, registered hospice nurses, certified nursing assistants, chaplains, social workers, massage therapists, music therapists and volunteers all coming together to carry out the Lily mission in the care of our patients.
