Help us provide wonderful programs for people--author visits, filmsand community concerts.
We are looking for people to assist in setting up and breaking down our programs. This involves moving chairs, setting up chairs, moving tables etc.
We also need people to assist in stacking and removing of the chairs and returning the area to its previous state after events are finished.
Programs are every Thursday evening beginning at 6:30pm or 7pm. Set up time takes about 45 minutes to an hour and can be done anytime between 5:45pm pm and 6:20pm. We can use people every week but it doesn't have to be you every time. Get on our rotating list and come as often as works for you.
"Take down" usually occurs following the program between 8pm and 8:30pm and also takes about 20 to 20 minutes. Library closes at 9pm. Alternative time for Take Down is Friday mornings before noon. Library open on Fridays at 2pm.

The St. Helena Public Library is a one facility municipal library serving the City of St. Helena and surrounding areas. We are located in the Napa Valley but we are not part of the Napa City-County Library System. We are part of SPLASH, a Solano & St. Helena libraries partnership.
