Description

The Neighbors Eden Project is dedicated to supporting elderly and disabled neighbors by providing essential yard work and gardening services. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for those in need by fostering a sense of community and compassion. Founded with the belief in the transformative power of community, Neighbors Eden Project organizes weekly volunteer sessions every Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. Volunteers, often referred to as "Yard Heroes," help with tasks such as yard work, gardening, and seasonal cleanups, ensuring that our elderly and disabled neighbors can maintain their homes without the financial burden of fines for overgrown yards .

Our organization is driven by a dedicated team, including our board members who bring diverse expertise and a shared commitment to making a positive impact. Key figures include President Jake Smith, Vice President Steven O’Dell, Secretary Kate Valenzuela, Treasurer Cloe Bretado, Technology & Social Media Director Clarissa Bretado, and Public Relations Director Mattie Smith .
