Your Hearing Dog Inc (YHD) supplies specially trained service dogs to the deaf and hard-of-hearing community. We are searching for an E-commerce Store Manager. Be an e-commerce store manager and help YHD implement an online store so we can successfully achieve our mission.

We are seeking a talented and passionate E-commerce Online Store Manager to manage our online shop, driving revenue and supporting our mission.

Responsibilities:

• Ecommerce Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Analyze website performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

• Website Management:

  • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the online store.
  • Ensure website functionality, user experience, and mobile optimization.
  • Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory.

• Digital Marketing:

  • Develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and promotions.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance to optimize campaigns.

• Customer Experience:

  • Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and returns.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Sales and Revenue:

  • Drive online sales and revenue growth.
  • Set and achieve sales targets.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

• Team Management:

  • Lead and motivate a team of e-commerce professionals.
  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching and feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a retail or online business.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
