As a Volunteer, you will be stationed in various shops across Mississauga and Oakville in our network, engaging with customers and introducing them to Pointsgram. This app offers customers amazing perks and rewards at a wide range of stores within our network.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

- Explain the features and benefits of the Pointsgram app.

- Assist customers with downloading and setting up the app.

- Answer any questions and provide excellent customer service.

- Collect feedback and report any issues to the team.
