Start 2025 with Impact: Volunteer to Help K-12 SF Public School Students!

Save to Favorites

ORGANIZATION: San Francisco Education Fund

Middle School Volunteer

Every student needs someone who believes in them, who acts as a cheerleader and says, "You can do this!". Schools in the San Francisco Unified School District (SFUSD), are requesting volunteers in every subject and at every grade level. Spend one hour, once a week, sharing your skills with a public-school student.

Read with an elementary school student or practice math with a middle schooler, encourage the arts or emphasize STEM--anything!

San Francisco public school students are still recovering from the pandemic, and with severe budget cuts taking place, schools are needing tons of extra help. Teachers need people who can help inspire and empower students. Volunteer with an SFUSD school for the current school year and help students resume their path to academic success!

Our last trainings of the 2024-2025 school year are: January 14th, 2025 and February 6th, 2025.

Fill out an application and sign up for the January or February training session here: https://sfedfund.org/become-a-volunteer/
