Bonnet Springs Park needs field trip guides to lead classroom students and teachers through STEM and nature activities. Visiting grades are 4th - 12th. Assistance will also be needed to organize and setup prior to the field trip and to clean and put back supplies after use. Field trips are scheduled on various days Monday to Friday from 9am to 12:30pm.
Expected attire is family friendly. A Bonnet Springs volunteer shirt will be given to help guests identify you in the park. For outdoor assignments it is recommended that volunteers should bring something to stay hydrated, have head and eyewear protection, and wear sunscreen.
Bonnet Springs Park is a place within walking distance to our city's urban core where art, recreation, fun, and tranquility intersect by design. This blended urban/natural park provides spaces to escape, engage, and explore with one another and with nature while experiencing and learning about the extraordinary history of Central Florida.
