Volunteer Opportunity: Google Ads Specialist
Are you skilled in Google Ads and looking for a meaningful way to give back? We're seeking a talented volunteer to help us run ads for our upcoming end of year Gala!
What You'll Do:
Manage Google Ads Campaigns:
- Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns to promote our gala.
- Optimize ad performance to maximize reach and engagement.
- Monitor and adjust ads based on performance metrics.
Analyze and Report:
- Track and analyze ad performance.
- Prepare reports on ad effectiveness and suggest improvements.
What You'll Gain:

So Am I-Worthy, Inc’s mission is to inspire, empower and provide more music opportunities for women singer-songwriters, especially women from all minority groups. We are not just about the music but about purpose, about changing norms and doing it confidently. We instill confidence, power, hope and resilience in women in music of racial/ethnic backgrounds so that they understand the the phrase "So Am I-Worthy" and in turn can convey to other women "So Are You-Worthy". When we as a people know who we are we can then empower others to live up to their full potential. Our organization helps women in music of racial/ethnic backgrounds feel proud of who they are and not ashamed to sing praises to God in the music industry. They also don't have to feel ashamed about being modest or a "clean artist". Artist development still exists and we provide women in music the chance to live up to their potential and showcase it.
Description
Women are underrepresented in every area of the music industry, So Am I-Worthy, Inc is a 501(C)3 organization that highlights and uplifts female Christian & Black Indigenous Women of Color Singer-Songwriters. We advance their music careers by offering paid music gig opportunities, mentorship & guidance towards artist development through coaching, educational workshops, events, and grants for further music creation.
Our programs are tailored to alleviate the stressors (financial hardship, lack of community, resources, low self-esteem & confidence) women face in the music industry. We include, not exclude. We pride ourselves on collaboration, teamwork, diligence as well as mental and physical wellness.
