Respond to emails sent by adopters to the returns email team within 12 to 24 hours. Coordinate all aspects of a returned dog by gathering all necessary info from returner, arrange new placement for the dog either with the former foster or new foster. Arrange for return drop offs. Returns may be avoided through training or other help. When possible offer solutions such as training to prevent a return. The team averages about 5 return requests a week and the coordinators work the returns that come in on their assigned day. They will then track the dog through the return process - most will take some time to complete with will require additional hours outside of your shift.

About Us: Angels Among Us Pet Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charity dedicated to saving dogs and cats from high-kill shelters in north Georgia. We operate through a network of volunteers and foster homes in the metro Atlanta area. Our efforts are funded by tax-deductible contributions from compassionate people and organizations who care and want to help make a difference... one pet at a time.
