Subject: Help Savannah Find a New Home

Dear Friends and Community,

I hope this message finds you well. I’m reaching out with an urgent request for help finding a new home. My name is Mark Chesney, and I am reaching out in search of a 1 or 2-bedroom apartment or condo to rent for at least one year, with the goal of moving in by the end of August. This home will be for my wonderful daughter, Savannah, and me.

Our ideal rental budget is up to $1,600 per month, and we are open to discussing whether utilities are included or flexible depending on the amenities offered. We are open to exploring options within 55+ communities, as they often offer a peaceful and friendly environment - something we truly value.

Savannah is a joy to be around and shares her life with two adorable, litter-trained bunnies who are small in size and exceptionally clean. These pets are exceptionally clean, even more so than many dogs or cats, and are lovingly cared for. They would never be a source of disturbance.

We also run a charitable organization from home, which reflects our commitment to responsibility, organization, and maintaining a stable, well-kept environment called Volunteer One Inc/My Charity 4 Kids, which you can learn more about at www.mycharity4kids.org. Our work primarily involves computer-based tasks and offering community service hours to students and the public. As such, we spend much of our time ensuring our home is both well-maintained and welcoming.

We are seeking a place where we can build a safe, comfortable, and happy home. If you know of any available rentals or can point us in the right direction, we would deeply appreciate your support.
