The Program Director plays a critical role in driving the success and impact of the organization's programs, from initial development through implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• · Leading the development and implementation of programs that align with the organization's mission and objectives.
• · Collaborating with senior leadership to develop strategic plans and goals for programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• · Developing and managing program budgets, allocating resources effectively, and ensuring financial sustainability.
• · Providing leadership and direction to program staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• · Monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness, collecting and analyzing data to measure outcomes and impact.
• · Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including funders, partners, and program participants.
• · Identifying funding opportunities, writing grant proposals, and engaging in fundraising activities to support program operations and expansion.
• · Collaborating with internal and external partners to leverage resources and expertise, enhance program delivery, and maximize impact.
• · Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and grant agreements, and preparing regular reports for funders and stakeholders.
• · Leading efforts to identify and implement improvements to program processes, policies, and practices based on evaluation findings and best practices.
