The San Francisco Education Fund is recruiting volunteers to support SFUSD teachers with Back to School Setup on August 16 th! Teachers have just one paid day to set up their classrooms for the school year and we are looking for volunteers to assist them in what otherwise can be a daunting effort. Volunteers will help teachers with various tasks around their classrooms, such as bulletin board setup, rearranging furniture, and organizing textbooks. It’s going to be a fun and impactful opportunity to help teachers get ready for the 2024-2025 school year! All volunteer opportunities will take place on Friday, August 16 th for a 3 hour shift, from either 9am-12pm or 1-4pm.

To sign up, navigate to this sign up form: https://www.tfaforms.com/5126220 and then select the neighborhood and then the school you’d want to support. Once you register, you’ll receive emails and a calendar invite with more details from the Ed Fund.
