Together, we can do anything

The QA program manager is in charge of the QA program. This person should be someone who has clear understanding of QA based on both education and experience. It could be someone just interested in sharing their knowledge or someone seeking to establish a basis for leveling up from line level to leadership. If you have worked under poor leaders with poor structure and ill-formed procedure and wish to prove your mettle as a program manager in QA, this is the role for you. Showing this on your resume as a job with references from peers and leadership here would open the door for similar paid work (though this is not paid work - we have no paid staff).

The primary responsibilities include establishing program structure, with policy, process, quality criteria, performance criteria, and job descriptions. This person would also be responsible to supporting skill development and assignment. The incumbent should think of this as a lab where they can test ideas and improve outcomes.

For those who are not ready to take the lead, the Program Facilitator role is an option. We won't list that role until we have a program manager.

About KeelWorks Foundation

Mission Statement

To support a better world with better citizens by fostering learning competence, emotional intelligence, and networked intelligence. KeelWorks especially wishes to bring greater participation to the economically disadvantaged across the globe. We are building a system to support upward mobility.

We are a charitable non-profit virtual foundation. Founded in 2009, we've worked with over 300 graduate students and past students helping them bridge the gap from education to gainful employment while helping KeelWorks build a structure for people needing change. Our goal is to be the equalizer, bringing those on the outside looking in to the inside. Our goal is to end poverty across the world, changing one life at a time. Our special approach involves grouping people for mutual support, teaching core competencies, and supporting goals with objective progress metrics and team accountability, We hope to build a structure for change that can be replicated hundreds and thousands of times. We don't give participants fish, but hope to teach them to fish for themselves.
