Survey Hawthorne and Carson residents to gather insight on perceptions of secondhand smoke in multi-unit housing.

Why: Your volunteer efforts will directly impact the health and wellbeing of Hawthorne and Carson residents through advocating for smokefree housing policies.

Who: The mission of the American Lung Association is to save lives by improving lung health and preventing lung disease.

What to Expect:

Volunteers will have opportunities to:

Survey and engage with Hawthorne and Carson residents.

Attend community events in Hawthorne and Carson.

Assist staff with additional needs.

What's Required:

Attend a mandatory public opinion survey training.

18 years or older.
