SustainAbility Center Volunteer

The City's new partner, SustainAbility Recycling, is looking for volunteers to help with large volume of items coming to the site.

This work may include assisting customers with unloading their recycling and/or guiding them on where to place their recycling, educating customers on what we can and cannot accept, weighing and categorizing materials as the come in (i.e. electronics, paint, Styrofoam etc), and baling cardboard. This work involves walking and requires physical stamina and strength to pick up and push objects less than 25 pounds.

  • 09:00 AM to 12:00 PM PST - Spots available: 2
    Saturdays
  • 12:00 PM to 03:00 PM PST - FULL
    Saturdays
  • 12:30 PM to 03:30 PM PST - FULL
    Mondays
  • 12:30 PM to 03:30 PM PST - FULL
    Fridays
  • 02:30 PM to 05:30 PM PST - Spots available: 2
    Wednesdays
