Do you have a passion for listening, offering spiritual counseling and praying with those in crisis or needing comfort? Client advocates are great leaders in our organization that have proven spiritual maturity and an ability to boldly and compassionately lead others to Christ. Our Client Advocates attend several weeks of training and shadowing before engaging alone with clients. We ask that you are able to take a 4 hour minimum shift at least monthly so that the clients you are serving can continue with follow up care and you can build a relationship with those on the journey of parenthood.

Mission Statement
The mission of the Shreveport Pregnancy Center is to demonstrate biblical truth and provide practical resources that will empower families to choose life for their unborn children and support them on their parenting journey.
Description
We are a new ministry, founded in September of 2021. We provide free pregnancy testing, limited obstetrician ultrasounds, pregnancy information, virtual parenting classes, financial management classes, CPR classes, prenatal classes, lactation counseling, car seat safety fittings, needed baby items/essentials, peer counseling, pre-marital counseling, abortion pill reversal (APR) medical care, and grief support in Shreveport/Bossier, North Louisiana and East Texas. We serve the community regardless of race, religion, nationality, sexual orientation or marital status. The center has a reception area, restrooms, a waiting room, 2 intake/counseling rooms, a lactation education office, an ultrasound procedure room, a baby boutique, storage areas for diapers and formula, and a group room for parenting courses. All services are free and confidential. We do not provide or refer for abortion services.
