Position Overview:

We are seeking dedicated volunteers to assist with data entry tasks to support our event planning and management efforts. This role is crucial in maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth operations for our upcoming events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update event attendee information in our database
• Assist in organizing and maintaining contact lists
• Support the team with data cleanup and verification tasks
• Help prepare reports and summaries as needed

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in data entry and basic computer skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Interest in arts and culture is a plus
