This role will assist the Program lead in managing the cleanups program by supporting volunteers onsite with cleanups. They will be the point person at the event, greeting participants and passing out equipment for the cleanups.

  • Lead and participate in tree plantings, hikes, and highway/beach cleanup activities on Saturdays and Sundays
  • Organize groups to clean up beaches and highways.
  • Assist volunteers in coordinating garbage pickup, along beaches, and on the north and south sides of highways and ramps. The highway has sidewalks on both sides and plenty of beautiful views along the path.
  • Help volunteers with coordinating beach and highway cleanups.
  • Report hours of volunteering on the appropriate website.
