Broadway West is seeking a volunteer to join our Marketing Committee to help promote activity in the Broadway West Theater District. This volunteer position is responsible for managing our event and promotion calendar on our website, working directly with our Events and Marketing Committees and assisting the Social Media Manager to post events online.

Broadway West is a tax-exempt 501(c)3 local arts revitalization non-profit organization. Our mission is to create and maintain a world-class epicenter of live entertainment within a revitalized historic theater district in Downtown Los Angeles.
Description
Broadway in Downtown Los Angeles was once the entertainment epicenter of the entire world, hosting every major motion picture premiere and vaudeville production. Over 19 theaters remain unused or under-utilized, the highest concentration of historic theaters in the world. Broadway West has an opportunity to reactivate our dormant theater district and transform it back to greatness. Our organization is building capacity and looking for several volunteers who are dedicated to serving their community, saving the arts, and preserving our historic landmarks. While the immediate needs require these positions to be volunteer, we offer future growth opportunities within the organization including operational staff, corporate officers, and executive board positions.
