Work with an established Central American restaurant to optimize restaurant operations in order to improve performance an enable future expansions.
This restaurant's growth priority revolves around optimizing restaurant operations - enhancing kitchen efficiency, streamlining processes, and refining menu strategies to maintain quality, manage costs, and improve overall peformance.
- Advise the business on reviewing and providing input on existing operational processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, helping the leadership team streamline operations to reduce costs and enhance kitchen flow.
- Share best practices in menu engineering and ingredient utilization, providing guidance on optimizing the menu to improve profitability while maintaining the authenticity of their offerings.
- Support the company in developing a comprehensive cost-reduction strategy, which may involve identifying areas where cost-saving measures can be implemented without compromising the quality of their products or services.
- Introduce tools and best practices that will enable the business to continuously monitor and analyze its operations, making data-driven decisions to further improve efficiency and overall performance.

We deliver high-quality customized business consulting through volunteer business experts we call "Skillanthropists," to carefully vetted small and medium-size businesses we call "Fast Runners."
Together we are in pursuit of a common vision; we believe that employment is the bridge to education, poverty reduction, improved health and ultimately less violence; and that jobs for women are vital to women’s advancement and to elevating their peaceful influence on society.
In 2022, Bpeace Skillanthropists are working with 130+ small and medium-size business owners in the U.S., El Salvador, Guatemala and Afghanistan. More than 42,000 family members depend on the jobs these Fast Runners provide.
