Help Rios enhance transparency and safety in drinking water. This role is crucial for ensuring that consumers have access to accurate and up-to-date information about the water they drink. Your effort will directly contribute to our mission of promoting water quality awareness and health.
Responsibilities:
- Reach out to water bottle brands to request new, complete, and updated water quality reports.
- Use prepared email templates to communicate with brands, customizing messages as necessary to address specific brand scenarios (e.g., no existing reports, outdated reports, incomplete data, etc.).
- Secure affiliations with water brands to foster partnerships and enhance our database.
- Maintain accurate records of communications and report statuses in our system.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely.
- Comfortable with email communication and capable of making minor adjustments to template messages.
- A passion for environmental health, water quality, or related fields is a plus.
- Access to a computer and internet, as this is a fully remote position.
