Summer Garden Volunteer Workdays

Come volunteer at the garden this summer. 6PM - 8PM on Thursdays. Activities include: compost turning, planting, pruning, clean up, and weeding. Please wear closed-toed shoes, bring water, and bring your own gardening gloves if you have them. Note there are no restrooms on site.
Any available harvest we have you can take home :)

Through true community involvement and localizing the food system, we aim to provide low-income and minority populations with very affordable if not free fresh and local produce. In this way, we promote personal, social, and environmental health in our communities.
