Client Group/Class Facilitator - With Staff Facilitation Assistance

Roles and Responsibilities
- Facilitate group classes for client healing/ positivity/self-improvement, including: yoga, Zumba, self-esteem groups, parenting classes, Budgeting, Interview Skills, Resume Writing, GED prep classes, vision board making, etc...
- Work with client engagement specialist at the residential center for scheduling.
- Conduct classes as advertised.
- Offer encouragement and support.
- Greet clients in a friendly and respectful manner.
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor.
- Abide by the core values of: Service, Passion, Integrity, Respect, Innovation, and Teamwork.
- Maintain survivor confidentiality at all times.
- Effectively communicate with clients and team members.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Multi-Tasker with good organizational skills and time management skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Can fit in with team dynamic or work alone in absence of supervision.
- Moderate to excellent computer skills.
- Ability to work with diverse clientele.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility in schedule.
- Satisfactory completion on background check and drug screening.
- Completion of 40 hour OAG Direct Service Training
