Digital Marketing Specialist

If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. OneAccord Human Services Group is a 501c3 helping formerly incarcerated men, women, and at risk youth with employment, housing, and counselling. Our ideal candidate is someone who can wear multiple hats and has experience as a growth marketer. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The Digital Marketing Specialist will support social media campaigns and ad strategy, community management, content creation, and execution.
The Digital Marketing Specialist uses organic and paid digital and social advertising, social media community management, and creative storytelling to connect OAHSG with relevant target audiences, improving brand awareness, recognition, and loyalty and driving traffic as necessary. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and influencers, management and support of LinkedIn & Facebook groups, Google Ads, social media troubleshooting, content creation, and marketing events.
The ideal candidate for this role has demonstrated experience and enthusiasm for digital advertising and social media management, reaching diverse audiences, and is strategic, proactive, action-oriented, and driven to succeed.
Responsibilities include:
*
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
*
Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
*
Contribute to the creation of creative marketing campaigns across social media, the company website, email, and other platforms.
*
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
*
Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
*
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
*
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
*
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
*
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
*
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
*
Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
*
Create reports on the growth and analytics of campaigns.
*
Work with outside vendors to supplement the work as needed.
Strategy & Execution (70%)
*
In collaboration with the Marketing Director, develop and post social media content for all OAHSG channels including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
*
In consultation with the Marketing Director, plan, manage, and execute the digital marketing strategy, content strategy, editorial calendar, and communicate social media schedule.
*
In coordination with the Marketing Director, plan and execute Google Ad campaigns to drive participation, support, and engagement in OAHSG’s marketing, sales, and advertising initiatives.
*
Manage and research Facebook Groups for business support.
*
Implement Google and Facebook mechanisms on OAHSG’s website for use with digital and social media advertising.
*
Produce and edit graphics for social media posts and campaigns, as needed.
*
Customize content for key targeted audiences.
Analytics & Maintenance (30%)
*
Support the organization and management of OAHSG YouTube Channel.
*
Manage engagement and responses across all social media channels.
*
Demonstrate measurable results that are aligned with the company's strategic plan.
*
Analyze the performance of social media content and digital advertising campaigns, research digital communications trends, and adjust as needed to grow following and engagement.
*
Troubleshoot and provide solutions for social media platforms as needed.
Experience, Knowledge, AND Skills:
*
Preferred mastery in customer success communication systems, HubSpot, Trello, Adobe, Canva, SEMrush, Google Marketing Platform Suite, AdWords, OBS, DaVinci Resolve 18.5, and WP.
*
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
*
Advanced Excel & SQL skills.
*
Exceptional analytical skills and business acumen; you are data-driven, deeply focused on customer experience.
*
A creative thinker with a developed understanding of the need to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
*
A strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media standards and best practices, as well as recent trends.
*
An aptitude for content creation, and the ability to decide the needs of various channels and to coordinate and execute the best possible formats for each.
*
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tell stories that bring OAHSG’s mission and brand voice to life.
*
Deep knowledge of social media platforms and how individuals of all ages are best engaging with content across those brands.
*
Effective verbal communication skills in both one-on-one and group settings.
*
Creative, collaborative, and highly organized in your approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
*
Scrappy. You're a proactive self-starter with the ability to effectively manage several projects at once, prioritize responsibilities, and work in high-pressure situations.
*
Strong attention to detail.
*
Basic photography and video skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
*
At least three (3) years of job-related experience managing digital marketing and strategic content creation.
*
Human Resource Industry experience a plus.
*
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
*
Proven track record
