Here at the Guadalupe River Park Conservancy we have a small visitor center which is home to several reptiles and amphibians that can be found in the area, as well as some fun interpretive displays for the public to enjoy!
We are currently looking for individuals who can commit to volunteering a few hours a week on a consistent weekly basis to help staff the front desk and be a cheerful face for the Conservancy. There are morning and afternoon opportunities available on Monday, and Wednesday-Friday -- see shift notes for details -- for folks who enjoy engaging the public, clerical work, and at times some light housekeeping. Other opportunities may pop up from time to time such as helping the education department prepare materials for programs, helping at events, or similar.
If you think you'd be a good fit, we'd love to hear from you! Please contact us for more information on volunteer times available. You can find more information about the Conservancy at www.grpg.org.
