All volunteers agree to meet over a 30-min Zoom call on a TBD specified date week before August 15th for volunteer orientation.
All volunteers will receive a snack during their volunteer shift.
The venue is a 15-minute walk from the light rail ifpublic transportation is needed.
Swag Bag Prep (AM-9:00am -12:00pm)
Assistwith assembling conference attendee swag bags
Insert vendor and sponsor giveaway items into bags
Exhibitor Set Up Volunteer (2:00pm - 5:00pm)
Assist any exhibitors with booth set up questions and special request
Check in with exhibitors for any assistanceneeded
Work with staff exhibitor handler to cover exhibitor set up needs
Guiding exhibitors to their booths
Set Up Assistants (9:00am - 12:00pm)
Assist with main hall and session room set up including centerpieces, table signage, table handouts, etc.
Ensuring sessions rooms are set up with all relevant items for sessions
Assembly of items as needed

AZ Impact for Good is the statewide nonprofit membership organization, resource, and advocate for the state’s nonprofit and philanthropy communities. The organization serves more than 1,000 member organizations across the state. AZ Impact for Good has been dedicated to Arizona, where all nonprofits and philanthropic organizations are valued, empowered, and thriving, with support from grassroots efforts like Arizona Gives.
The Alliance of Arizona Nonprofits + Arizona Grantmakers Forum merged in August 2022, and became AZ Impact for Good to enable more impactful collaborations among philanthropic and nonprofit leaders, position the nonprofit sector as a key partner with the government and business community, drive economic growth, and build an equitable Arizona where all people thrive.
