Citizens Who Care For The Elderly is a nonprofit, volunteer-driven organization with the mission of improving the quality of life for the elderly and their caregivers.
Saturday Club is offered two Saturdays a month at the Davis Senior Center from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Volunteers are matched with a client participant to assist them throughout the day's activities. Volunteers are placed on a call list and not required to volunteer for every program.

Our mission is to improve the quality of life of the frail elderly and their caregivers.
Description
We provide social support to the elderly and their caregivers in Yolo County, California: Our In Home Program provides weekly respite for caregivers and/or visits to isolated, lonely seniors. Our Saturday Club provides on-site social respite two Saturdays of the month at the Davis Senior Center. Our Convalescent Hospital Visiting & Pet Visitation Programs provide friendly visitors to socially isolated convalescent hospital residents. Our Senior Peer Counseling Program provides trained volunteer support to older adults who may be troubled by isolation, depression, loss of a loved one or other concerns of aging.
