The purpose of the Client Outreach Volunteer position is to support the organization by reaching out to current and former clients and getting their feedback to help improve our operations. The Client Outreach Volunteer helps to strengthen communcation, improve operational efficiency, and foster positive relationships with those we serve, ultimately contributing to the overall success and mission of the organization.

If you have strong communication skills, enjoy interacting with others, are organized and able to work as part of a team, and are comfortable with computers and technology, this could be the volunteer job for you! The volunteer work can happen either at our office or from home - it's flexible! We will provide a way for you to call and receive messages that does not risk revealing your private phone number.

Onboarding includes filling out an application packet, submitting to a background check, and obtaining a Level 1 fingerprint clearance card (PCOA will cover the cost). You will also meet with the Volunteer Services Program Manager to ensure a good fit for all parties involved.
