Stuart - Boys & Girls Clubs of Martin County is seeking individuals to volunteer at the front desk to support our club staff with various clerical tasks and office operations. As a front desk assistant, you will play a vital role in helping our club run smoothly and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone interested in gaining experience in office administration while making a positive impact.

Choice of four clubs located throughout the county -Hobe Sound, Indiantown, Downtown Stuart, and Port Salerno. For additional information, contact the Volunteer Manager at 772-545-1255 or Volunteer@bgcmartin.org.

Key responsibilities/Specific tasks:

• Assist with general office duties such as filing, data entry, scanning and organizing documents.
• Assist with special projects, research, or administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Basic office and computer skills
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
• Professional demeanor and respect for confidentiality.
