Northwell Health Hospice Care Network seeks compassionate individuals to provide weekly check in calls to our families to ensure patients have the supplies and support they need prior to the weekend. Calls are completed at our Woodbury location on Wednesdays. Volunteers will be required to complete an orientation and additional training on job specific duties. Good phone etiquette and computer skills are required.
