Neptune Festival volunteers are the best in Hampton Roads! They are respectful of all people, kind in every situation, and help create a safe and welcoming experience for event attendees and fellow volunteers. If you like to give back while having a fun and positive impact on your community, then come join us! Touch-a-Truck is a unique, interactive event that allows children, young and old, to see and touch vehicles of all types - including public service, emergency, utility, construction, military, farming, and just plain cool - all in one place! Guests will be allowed to explore their favorite vehicles in a safe and supervised environment, while meeting the individuals who protect, serve, build, and grow the Virginia Beach community. Volunteers will answer questions, help with crown control, and monitor the area.

The Neptune Festival provides a quality, safe and diverse mix of events and activities which will enhance family values and togetherness, provide a vehicle by which business organizations can return value to Virginia Beach through support and sponsorships while receiving promotional and marketing values, create positive economic impact, allow an opportunity for non-profit, civic and charitable entities to enhance fund raising for their individual groups and to showcase the unique location of Virginia Beach as a city by the sea.
