We are currently looking for volunteers to regularly help in our Harrisburg Office

[ ] Administrative Assistant Volunteer is primarily responsible for assisting with daily office functions. This volunteer position will assist with preparing packets and mailings, making copies, filing, maintaining resource supplies, typing and more.

[ ] Library Services and Community Resources will help organize resource materials, make photocopies, and maintain the current resources. May also keep resource database updated by performing internet searches, sending faxes, etc. Regularly scheduled shift preferred.

[ ] Constituent thank you Volunteer -Regularly sending thank you cards and making calls to consitutents when activating in Walk to End Alzheimer's, The Longest Day and Aim Advocacy Forum.

The Alzheimer's Association provides services to the Greater Pennsylvania community. Our support groups are led by trained volunteers and held regularly. Our education programs for the general public, both online and in person, feature information on topics such as diagnosis, warning signs, communication, living with Alzheimer's disease and caregiving techniques.

The Association is the leading voice for Alzheimer's disease advocacy, making sure the need for Alzheimer's care, education and research is heard at every level of government, including Harrisburg.

As the largest nonprofit funder of Alzheimer's research, the Association is committed to accelerating the global process toward methods of treatment, prevention and ultimately, a cure.
