Be one of our compassionate volunteers! At Ohioans Home Health & Hospice, we are looking for empathetic individuals to help patients and their caregivers facing end-of-life care. Current volunteer opportunities include patient companionship, respite care for families, and assisting caregivers with errands. Volunteer duties include but are not limited to:
- Spiritual and emotional support for patients/caregivers
- Provide companionship to allow caregivers to run errands
- Engage in special hobbies and interests with patients
- Veteran to veteran visits
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Have reliable transportation
- Exceptional time-management skills
- Previous volunteer experience a plus

Description
Ohioans Home Health & Hospice is seeking compassionate volunteers to join our hospice team in supporting patients and families facing end of life care. Are you someone who is kind and compassionate, looking to make a meaningful difference in your community, and able to offer companionship and support to others? If so, we encourage you to consider becoming a hospice volunteer! We offer a variety of volunteer opportunities including: patient companionship, respire care for families, assistance with errands, and administrative office support.
