**Internship Overview:**
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant Intern for a 90-day summer internship. This is a virtual position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work remotely. The role provides a unique chance to learn, grow, and develop skills essential for an executive assistant position. Successful interns will be considered for an hourly or salary position upon completion of the internship.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee daily administrative tasks for the organization and its various departments.
- Manage time and deadlines within the organization, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Develop and maintain digital flowcharts and workflow management systems.
- Assist in coordinating virtual meetings, schedules, and communications for executive staff.
- Support project management tasks, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.

- Perform additional tasks as needed to support the executive team and overall organization.

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent time management abilities.
