ORGANIZATION: PATH (People Assisting the Homeless)



PATH (People Assisting the Homeless) is looking for an experienced adminstrative professional to provide in-person training at their office in downtown on administrative tasks to new staff members.

The training would be focused on Microsoft's Outlook and Teams platforms as well general computer tasks like scanning and saving PDFs and organizing your desktop. Topics on Outlook would include: proper email etiquette, using reply all, searching emails, creating calendar invites, viewing various calendars, and maintaining/organizing your inbox. Topics on Teams would include: how to navigate to different folders, how to save documents, how to search Teams, and how to manage multiple windows and navigate between devices.

Opportunity Requirements & Important Notes

Time Commitment: Once a month for about 90 minutes on a day/time that works best for you.

Onboarding Process: Connect with PATH's Community Affairs Coordinator at HayleyB@epath.org

Required Skills/Experience: Experience with Microsoft programs at a level that you can explain using the programs to others.

Physical Requirements: This project is able to make accommodations for individuals with physical limitations.

We are in need of motivated individuals and groups who want to come in and help us feed our residents. Additionally, we need volunteer drivers and people willing to coordinate donation drives in their communities.
